What is The Reset™
The Reset™ is a 90-minute, in-person guided experience that combines gentle movement, breathwork, deep relaxation, and guided hypnosis to help your mind and body shift out of stress and into calm.
You do not have to talk, share, or have prior experience. You remain aware and in control the entire time.
How The Reset Works
During the experience, you’ll be guided through a simple three-phase process designed to help release tension, bring the body into deep relaxation, and support a meaningful internal reset.
Phase 1
Release Tension
Gentle movement and breathwork help the body release stored stress.
Phase 2.
Deep Relaxation
Participants lie comfortably on their mats while being guided into a calm, steady state.
Phase 3.
Mental Reset
Gentle guided hypnosis helps reinforce calm, clarity, and emotional steadiness.
You remain aware and in control throughout the entire experience.
